This will allow parents and educators alike to work together towards establishing meaningful educational outcomes for children who receive specialized services. Our testing methodologies include multiple assessments that ensure reliable results across different learning environments; such as those found inside school classrooms, in home education settings and online via distance learning courses.
When assessing your child’s strengths and weaknesses, one must always keep in mind that these assessments should be administered early enough to account for normal growth spurts and typical development. Testing and evaluating during this period serves as the foundation for future evaluation and ensures accuracy long term.
Through proper diagnosis and intervention of identified issues, many individuals go on to reach their full potential by receiving high quality care. As they enter adulthood, our clients continue to thrive because they understand and appreciate the effort put forth by the staff working diligently behind closed doors. These dedicated service providers understand the importance of supporting children and families throughout the journey they’re facing today.

How Can I Become A Tuition Teacher?
To be accepted into a Tuition Program, prospective Teachers must successfully complete training which includes classroom observation and field trips. Training sessions include instruction covering topics like teaching methods, lesson planning strategies, behavior management techniques, student assessment tools including diagnostic tests, instructional materials selection and the creation of individualized lessons plans based on each Student’s unique strengths & weaknesses. All prospective teachers receive tuition support. If selected to participate in this program, they then undergo intensive preparation prior to participating in classroom observations and field trips in order to gain valuable experience. Prospective TUTORONE Teachers then take the mandatory test required to pass certification requirements prior to completing the final week of training. After completion of training, applicants can register online to apply for openings in classrooms across NS & PEI in various subjects (Elementary Level Math, English Language Arts, French Immersion). Each applicant is considered individually and only those most suited to meet the specific needs of the class(es) will advance. Tuitions vary depending upon location. Applicants should contact the school district and visit https://www.crsns.org to find out how much tuition you would pay.
Who can become a teacher? Anyone 18 years old and older can begin an education career as a TutorONE Instructor.
How does teaching special education courses differ than regular subjects? Well firstly, special education classes usually cover the curriculum that isn’t part of the primary curriculum - meaning that instead of getting straight As, these children get B’s or C’s which could put them further behind other pupils who aren’t taught outside the mainstream syllabus. Another issue with this type of coursework is the focus on individualized attention to those individuals who have specific educational deficits. For example, in math class, a student without spatial reasoning difficulties would receive a different lesson than another kid who struggles with arithmetic, algebra or statistics. Lastly, special ed kids often have additional developmental delays beyond cognitive ones, therefore, they need extra support from a specialized educator to ensure that everything else is being taken care of properly too.

In March 2020 I recorded a webinar titled “Social Media Marketing for Beginners — A Step by Step Approach For 2020 And Beyond”.
1. Take action
Even though it appears like your child suffers from “simple” disabilities like autism, dyslexia, ADHD, Asperger syndrome or down syndromes, you’re probably thinking of a lot of problems beyond those issues which may arise due to lack of knowledge regarding such conditions among parents. For example most schools fail to provide appropriate training material for teachers dealing with special education kids and many educational institutions seem unaware of proper strategies to deal with such cases.
2. Be proactive and resourceful: Learn of various methods available online to gain information
Many organizations around the world today have created databases specific for their targeted groups. These usually include such keywords parents must search. They use keywords people commonly search via text messaging services like WeChat or Facebook Messenger. The first step for parents would be to identify the words used among themselves and then search accordingly. One way could be sending texts back and forth asking questions to determine whether anyone else is facing a similar problem or solution exists. Sometimes just discussing ideas openly could work wonders because nobody should ever suffer silently because he/she thinks everyone else is having fun.
3. Create opportunities for discussion: Make sure to bring topics up early enough so parents realize they aren’t alone
Often times parents tend to keep quiet about certain disabilities instead of bringing it up immediately since they believe people won’t understand and will judge them harshly for speaking of something taboo. Try talking to people around you early on and try to explain things in terms they can relate to without worrying about judgement. People learn differently.

Who Should Adopt TutorOne’s Tutoring Methodology?
Every parent knows that the average public school education system has its faults, but few know that there are alternatives. Every year, parents become educated more about the effectiveness of individualizing children’s education. They understand that learning styles and learning strategies vary greatly among students and that students require additional focus and encouragement to excel, especially in subjects such as math, science, and reading. Students learn differently than adults; children absorb knowledge faster and retain it longer than adults can; and they’re less prone to procrastination. TutorOne’s comprehensive approach teaches kids to think positively, and teaches students when they don’t perform up to par.
Testimonial By A Parent Like You
"My son recently turned 15, and started taking Advanced Placement exams. He was doing quite poorly in Spanish II and English III, having scored only a 2 and 3 respectively. With one week left before he needed to take the AP test, I decided to enroll him in TutorOne Private Tutoring. His teacher had told me that he was a bright kid, but just didn’t put forth the effort required to excel. My son came home every day telling me about the amazing learning experience he was having with TutorOne. He did score a 4 on his Spanish II test, and his overall grade point average went from a 2.9 (D) to a 4.8 (A+) in Spanish, and a 1.7 (F) to a 4.0 (A) in English. Most importantly though, my son learned to love his studies and got a kick out of seeing his grades soaring. It was truly eye opening to see how one lesson per week changed everything." ~ Lisa H.,Parent, California
The TutorOne Difference
As you are now finding out, TutorOne offers a wide variety of different levels, age ranges, and subjects to accommodate all individual learning styles. What sets us apart from other programs is our commitment to educating and encouraging each student’s individuality, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning. TutorOne is committed to the belief that every student thrives best in a positive, fun-loving, nurturing learning environment. We encourage our students to explore new ideas and engage in hands-on learning situations. TutorOne does not believe that children benefit from being confined to a class room in front of a standard curriculum all day long.
The TutorOne Difference is about creating an engaging atmosphere in which kids feel motivated to excel. The majority of TutorOne schools operate as small academies; they offer individual learning environments that allow students to interact within a group or with one-to-one tutors.
