To prepare yourself for lessons:
Read articles thoroughly beforehand, but allow some leeway during class discussion. Ask questions along the way if something isn’t being explained clearly enough. Read again after a day or so has passed to refresh yourself. Keep notes of key points for review prior to test days. Note anything else that stands out to you； perhaps a question you’d like answered, a topic discussed in depth, or a resource mentioned. That could become useful background material going forward. Practice tests are recommended once per semester and after the course ends so you can gauge how well prepared you feel yourself to tackle upcoming lessons, especially given the time constraints the majority face nowadays.
